Al-Baqara 2:175
أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱشْتَرَوُا۟ ٱلضَّلَـٰلَةَ بِٱلْهُدَىٰ وَٱلْعَذَابَ بِٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ ۚ فَمَآ أَصْبَرَهُمْ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ
They are those who trade guidance for misguidance and forgiveness for punishment. How patient they must be to withstand the Fire[77]!
[77] Allah is mocking their ignorance for exchanging bliss of Paradise with punishment of Hellfire.Aal-i-Imraan 3:148
فَـَٔاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ثَوَابَ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَحُسْنَ ثَوَابِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ
So Allah gave them the reward of this world and the best reward of the Hereafter[67], for Allah loves those who do good.
[67] Gaining victory in this life and eternal bliss in Paradise.At-Tawba 9:21
يُبَشِّرُهُمْ رَبُّهُم بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنْهُ وَرِضْوَٰنٍ وَجَنَّـٰتٍ لَّهُمْ فِيهَا نَعِيمٌ مُّقِيمٌ
Their Lord gives them glad tidings of mercy from Him and His pleasure, and of gardens in which they will have everlasting bliss,
Yunus 10:9
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ يَهْدِيهِمْ رَبُّهُم بِإِيمَـٰنِهِمْ ۖ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهِمُ ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ فِى جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
As for those who believe and do righteous deeds[13], their Lord will guide them by virtue of their faith. Rivers will flow beneath them in the Gardens of Bliss.
[13] Sincere Faith and good deeds lead to Paradise.Hud 11:108
وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ سُعِدُوا۟ فَفِى ٱلْجَنَّةِ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا مَا دَامَتِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ رَبُّكَ ۖ عَطَآءً غَيْرَ مَجْذُوذٍ
As for those who are destined for bliss, they will be in Paradise abiding therein as long as the heavens and earth exist, except what your Lord wills[55] – an unceasing gift.
[55] i.e., except those sinners among the believers who will enter Hellfire before admitting to Paradise.Ar-Ra'd 13:29
ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ طُوبَىٰ لَهُمْ وَحُسْنُ مَـَٔابٍ
Those who believe and do righteous deeds, for them there will be bliss[25] and a good return.”
[25] Tūbā: all that is good and comely in Paradise.Al-Hijr 15:47
وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِى صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ إِخْوَٰنًا عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مُّتَقَـٰبِلِينَ
We will remove all ill feelings from their hearts[21]; like brothers, seated on couches facing one another.
[21] This is in perfection of their bliss, by having no ill-will whatsoever.Al-Hajj 22:56
ٱلْمُلْكُ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلَّهِ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ فَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فِى جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
The sovereignty on that Day belongs to Allah[29]; He will judge between them, then those who believed and did righteous deeds will be in the Gardens of Bliss.
[29] Allah gives authority to some of His slaves in this world, but in the Hereafter none will have any authority except Him.Ash-Shu'araa 26:85
وَٱجْعَلْنِى مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
and make me of those who will inherit the Garden of Bliss;
Luqman 31:8
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ لَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتُ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
But those who believe and do righteous deeds, they will have Gardens of Bliss,
As-Saaffaat 37:43
فِى جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
in Gardens of Bliss,
Az-Zukhruf 43:70
ٱدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْجَنَّةَ أَنتُمْ وَأَزْوَٰجُكُمْ تُحْبَرُونَ
Enter Paradise, you and your companions[26], rejoicing in bliss.”
[26] i.e., your spouses, children, friends, etc.At-Tur 52:17
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّـٰتٍ وَنَعِيمٍ
Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and bliss,
Al-Waaqia 56:12
فِى جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
in Gardens of Bliss,
Al-Waaqia 56:89
فَرَوْحٌ وَرَيْحَانٌ وَجَنَّتُ نَعِيمٍ
then [he will have] comfort, fragrance[14], and a Garden of Bliss.
[14] lit., fragrant basil. Paradise is described in the Qur’an as being pleasant to the eye, the heart, and the ear. Here it also emphasizes the scent.Al-Qalam 68:34
إِنَّ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
Indeed, the righteous will have gardens of bliss with their Lord.
Al-Ma'aarij 70:38
أَيَطْمَعُ كُلُّ ٱمْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٍ
Does everyone of them aspire to enter a garden of bliss?
Al-Insaan 76:20
وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَ ثَمَّ رَأَيْتَ نَعِيمًا وَمُلْكًا كَبِيرًا
If you were to look around, you would see bliss and a vast dominion.
Al-Infitaar 82:13
إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ لَفِى نَعِيمٍ
Indeed, the righteous will be in Bliss,
Al-Mutaffifin 83:22
إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ لَفِى نَعِيمٍ
Indeed, the righteous will be in Bliss,
Al-Mutaffifin 83:24
تَعْرِفُ فِى وُجُوهِهِمْ نَضْرَةَ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
You will see on their faces the radiance of bliss.
