Al-Anbiyaa 21:73
وَجَعَلْنَـٰهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْهِمْ فِعْلَ ٱلْخَيْرَٰتِ وَإِقَامَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَإِيتَآءَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةِ ۖ وَكَانُوا۟ لَنَا عَـٰبِدِينَ
And We made them leaders, guiding people by Our command, and We inspired them to do righteous deeds, establish prayer and give zakah[28]; and they were Our true worshipers.
[28] The term "zakah" denotes purification and growth.Al-Muminoon 23:4
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَوٰةِ فَـٰعِلُونَ
and those who give zakah[1],
[1] Zakah (lit.,) purification and growth. Paying alms purifies and increases wealth.Abasa 80:8
وَأَمَّا مَن جَآءَكَ يَسْعَىٰ
But as for the one who came to you striving [for purification],
